AT&t, Verizon and Sprint are all set to unveil a deal to buy the nation’s largest wireless carrier in a deal that would give them the most value for money of any deal in the history of the wireless industry.
In a joint announcement, Verizon, Sprint and T-Mobile said they would be announcing the deal Monday.
The deal would combine three companies that together control more than half of U.S. wireless customers.
The merger would give Verizon more than $100 billion in cash and stock, according to the news release.
